Alert Management Systems to Focus on Cloud Power in November User Conference

Alert Management Systems is planning its 31st Annual User’s Conference for Nov. 3-4 at the Wyndham Grand/Mining Exchange Hotel in downtown Colorado Springs, Colo. The theme of the 2016 conference is “The Power of the Cloud” calling attention to Alert’s numerous initiatives to empower its customers with Cloud-based technology.

Alert Management Systems is planning its 31st Annual User’s Conference for Nov. 3-4 at the Wyndham Grand/Mining Exchange Hotel in downtown Colorado Springs, Colo. The theme of the 2016 conference is “The Power of the Cloud” calling attention to Alert’s numerous initiatives to empower its customers with Cloud-based technology.

Among other products and services, Alert customers will be encouraged to eliminate on-premises computer servers via Alert-on-the-Cloud, the company’s server hosting program. Other Cloud-based initiatives include Sign&Rent, Alert’s paperless contract management system.

The event includes educational seminars, user-led roundtables, advisory councils by rental market niche and voting for new features for the software. A confidential town hall meeting is conducted by the volunteer officers of the International Alert User’s Association advisory board, elected by the users. The goals of the process are to proactively communicate customer needs, guide company priorities and maintain a high level of customer service.
