The new Big Blue 350 PipePro welder generator from Miller Electric Manufacturing Co. is purpose-built for transmission pipeline welding, provides 20 to 400 amps for both DC Stick and DC TIG welding; 14 to 40 volts for MIG and Flux Cored welding; and 12,000 watt peak/10,000 watts continuous auxiliary generator power for running tools on site. Built for the harsh elements encountered in pipeline welding, the Big Blue 350 is also designed for structural steel, construction, fabrication and MRO applications.

“The Big Blue 350 PipePro's simple operator interface takes the guesswork out of setting the controls to get optimum performance,” says Joe Gitter, product manager, industrial engine drive, Miller Electric Mfg. Co. “The clean front panel eliminates the intimidation and complexity of multiple switch settings, a benefit for rental houses as lower training required means less hassles and phone calls. This helps everyone out.”

The machine is available in an optional stainless-steel package to withstand corrosive elements in harsh environments, and all models come standard with a LINE-X-coated top cover for added durability. The Big Blue 350 PipePro meets all Tier 4i requirements for 2013 and is designed to operate for more than 10,000 hours before the first basic overhaul.
