Bobcat Unveils Its Next Evolution at Conexpo 2020: Smarter, Simpler Compact Equipment

Bobcat Co. will showcase its most advanced lineup of products and technologies to date at CONEXPO-CON/AGG, March 3-7 in Las Vegas. From smarter, more intuitive machines to next-generation products and integrated technology solutions, Bobcat will demonstrate how it is reshaping the jobsite of the future – empowering customers to work more efficiently and confidently than ever before.

Located in Booth W40745 in the West Hall, Bobcat will highlight its latest advancements in AI, electrification, autonomy and connectivity – technologies shaping the future of compact equipment. Through live demos, hands-on experiences and interactive exhibits, visitors will get an up-close look at new product introductions and industry-first solutions.

Bobcat will host a news conference on Tuesday, March 3, at 1:30 p.m. PT in its booth (W40745, West Hall), Bobcat will showcase how it is evolving and advancing the product category it pioneered: compact loaders. This event will demonstrate how Bobcat is reshaping the operator experience with equipment that intuitively adapts to the operator, helping to bridge the skilled labor gap and simplify work in increasingly complex jobsite environments. Media and show attendees are welcome.

Throughout the show, Bobcat product and technology experts will also take the stage and engage attendees with demonstrations, insights and discussions highlighting what’s new and what’s coming next.

Bobcat will highlight its expanding product portfolio, showcasing end-to-end jobsite solutions across construction, grounds maintenance, material handling, portable power and light compaction equipment.

With the industry’s broadest compact loader lineup, Bobcat will introduce new product advancements and technologies at the show. Attendees will also get a first look at the future direction of the company’s compact loader line-up, ushering in the next chapter for this iconic product category.

·      New PA460V portable air compressor: making its debut is this next‑generation compressor designed to elevate the lineup with greater efficiency, serviceability and versatility. Delivering 460–400 cfm at 100–150 psi, the PA460V brings flexible performance supported by smart features like FlexAir electronic inlet control, a vibrant digital display and an optional eco‑mode.

·      MT120 mini track loader, offering exceptional maneuverability in tight spaces and best-in-class lift height and forward reach. The MT120 now features the ability to add Machine IQ telematics, enabling owners to help protect against theft while keeping their machine running at peak performance.

·      Next-generation E20 compact excavator, featuring zero tail swing and smooth joystick control for precise operation.

·      L95 compact wheel loader, designed for high lift capacity, nimble handling and multi-application versatility.

·      D45S-9 diesel pneumatic tire forklift, delivering increased productivity, improved comfort and lower total cost of ownership.

Industry-First AI-Powered Features and Technology Systems: For nearly 70 years, Bobcat has pushed the boundaries of what compact equipment can do. At Conexpo, the company will showcase technologies to simplify operation and help operators achieve new levels of efficiency.

·      Bobcat Jobsite Companion: With Jobsite Companion operators keep their hands on the controls by using voice‑activated automation to manage more than 50 machine functions, automatically optimize attachment settings, and answer questions about operation, including fault codes. It also turns machine hours into clear profitability insight by tracking complete machine costs against job estimates in a single dashboard.

·      Service.AI: An AI-powered service platform for Bobcat dealers that delivers instant diagnostics, repair guidance, manuals and expert insights to reduce downtime.

·       Collision Warning and Avoidance System: A first‑of‑its‑kind system for compact equipment designed to detect hazards and automatically slow or stop the machine.

·       Bobcat RogueX3: Bobcat’s most advanced concept loader to date—fully electric, autonomous and built with modular configurations for cab options, wheels or tracks, and lift-arm designs to match specific tasks.
