Bobcat The M06 backhoe attachment for Bobcat's mini track loaders is designed with the power and digging force to install underground utilities as deep

The M06 backhoe attachment for Bobcat's mini track loaders is designed with the power and digging force to install underground utilities as deep as 11 feet. Its narrow 36-inch width enables it to perform jobs in confined areas where larger equipment can't go. The M06 backhoe fits on all Bobcat mini track loader models (MT52 and MT55) and is available with bucket widths from 9 to 39 inches. The M06 backhoe attachment features a flip-up and pivoting seat for easy access to under-hood items without having to remove the backhoe. It also features shielded hoses and the Bob-Tach mounting system for quickly changing between attachments.

General Equipment Co.

For greater jobsite versatility, General Equipment Co.'s DIG-R-TACH line allows for use with both small and large hydraulic systems. Designed for skid-steer loaders, small excavators, knuckleboom cranes and small backhoes, the 671 DIG-R-TACH Series 16 earth-drilling attachment is intended for smaller hydraulic systems, whereas the Series 24 is designed for larger hydraulic systems found with backhoes and excavators. Featuring a two-speed chain/sprocket drive and a 5- to 20-gpm hydraulic flow range, the Series 16 balances smaller flow volumes in proportion to auger diameters. For higher-capacity drilling, the Series 24 operates in a 15- to 25-gpm hydraulic flow range and delivers a maximum drilling torque of 2,018 foot-pounds at 2,500 psi.

Volvo Construction Equipment

Redesigned backhoe loaders from Volvo CE combine two machines in one unit — a wheel loader and excavator. With an average operating weight that ranges from 17,500 to 19,500 pounds, and gross power of 83 to 98 hp, the BL60B and BL70B were designed and built with power, strength, long life and efficiency in mind. The one-piece chassis, loader arm and excavator boom are all made from high-quality steel and robotically welded, giving constant weld runs for structural integrity. Both models feature the latest D5D four-cylinder, 4.8-liter Volvo engines with direct injection and turbo charging. The redesigned cab offers 15-percent more space than before.

The Bradco 485 backhoe by Paladin Construction Group weighs 925 pounds without a bucket and its compact size allows operators to easily move the unit around the jobsite. It provides a maximum digging depth of 8 feet, 5 inches, and the full 180-degree dual-cylinder swing rotation provides equal power in both directions. A 10-foot, 7-inch horizontal reach from the swing post efficiently places dirt away from the digging area and minimizes the need to move the machine. The Bradco 485 backhoe is compatible with bucket sizes from 10 inches up to 24 inches and heaped capacities that range from .92 cubic feet up to 3.1 cubic feet.

Case Construction Equipment

The new Case 580N, 580 Super N, 580 Super N Wide Track and 590 Super N loader/backhoes deliver dramatic increases in backhoe breakout force and lift, along with increased loader breakout force, lift and reach, over previous models. Case-exclusive Power Lift channels hydraulic power directly to the backhoe boom with the touch of a button, resulting in improved lifting capabilities while running at low engine rpms. The Case N Series machines also deliver more power to the loader for increased breakout and lift capabilities. The new loader arms are stronger and longer, providing greater loader reach for faster truck-loading and increased payloads.

E-Z Drill

E-Z Drill introduces its Model 210 equipment-mounted concrete drill attachment series. Consisting of three models — the three-gang Model 210-3 EQ MT, four-gang Model 210-4 EQ MT and five-gang Model 210-5 EQ MT — the series is compatible with most models of backhoes and excavators. The pneumatic drills offer specially designed features for maximum productivity and reduced maintenance, making them well suited for full-depth road repair and patching projects. A user-friendly, easily accessible control panel is mounted on the drill to provide convenient operation from the ground. The units are capable of drilling 5/8- to 2 1/2-inch diameter holes at a depth of 18 inches. To reduce operator effort and increase hole-drilling speed, the drills feature a floating bucket curl pin, which supports automatic leveling.

Terex Construction

The new TLB840 backhoe loader has a 79-hp Perkins engine and is powered by an optional 4-speed servo power syncro transmission with automatic shifting, delivering fuel efficiency and high tractive effort. The new TLB840 has a curved boom design that offers operators greater clearance to reach over obstacles and the ability to load closer into trucks for greater productivity. With a dig depth of 14 feet, 9 inches, and a reach up to 18 feet, 9 inches, the TLB840 is designed with a new slew system that provides high torque for easier backfilling and slewing uphill. With a loading height of 11 feet, 3 inches, it can load high-sided trucks, and with a 10,485 foot-pounds of bucket breakout force, a loader lift capacity of 7,921 foot-pounds, and bucket capacity of 1.32 cubic yards, the TLB840 is designed for high-capacity production.

Pro-Tech offers a complete line of rubber-edged Sno Pusher containment plows for snow removal. These models perform best in wet, heavy snow, which allows the rubber edge to squeegee the surface clean. Plus, with heavily supported frames and no moving parts, Pro-Tech's Sno Pushers are engineered with durability in mind. The rubber edges are designed to resist tearing and uphold a tensile strength greater than 2,000 psi, which is more than twice the strength of molded rubber alternatives.
