Jetstream, a water-blasting manufacturer, launches the heavy-duty Jetstream TwinForce 800 hp water-blasting unit.
The water-blasting system is equipped with two Jetstream 5200 Bareshaft Pumps on one simplified and integrated trailer. The unit can function in three different ways, giving operators flexibility to perform various jobs in the field. Operators can choose to use the unit as a large capacity 800 hp for high-flow applications, as an independent 400 hp unit with the secondary unit that serves as a back-up or as two independent units running at different pressures or applications.
As the successor to the existing Jetstream TwinForce 650 hp model, the new product offers higher horsepower options resulting in 23 percent more flow. The unit provides a host of available features designed for a wide range of applications including hydro demolition, 2D/3D tank cleaning, tube/line cleaning, surface preparation, railcar cleaning and more.

Beyond power and versatility, the Jetstream TwinForce 800 hp offers simplified servicing to cut downtime and boost efficiency. Built with the interchangeable and proven Jetstream UNx fluid end technology, the unit is designed to easily convert operating pressures from 6,800 to 40,000 in minutes. An additional key advantage includes in-the-field maintenance repairs and conversions without any special tools or torqueing. Delivering greater operator ease, the water-blasting unit comes equipped with dual slave sealed control panels that allow operation on either side of the unit.
The Jetstream TwinForce 800 hp unit delivers new advantages including improved onsite towing with a lower center of gravity and a durable, galvanized frame that provides top-of-the-line corrosion protection. Additional new features include reduced deck height, yielding easier access to pump components while performing routine maintenance. Plus, geared jack stands provide more efficient adjustment and leveling and upgraded rigid hard pipe connections improve durability.
