MGT America’s Portable Concrete Vibrator Operates with Counterclockwise Rotation
MGT America, the North American arm of Menegotti Group, is introducing its new MGT portable concrete vibrator to the market.
The new model is designed to be durable, easy to use and maintain, and highly ergonomic. The latest model operates with a counterclockwise rotation, offering stability, reduced operator fatigue, and more efficient vibration transfer for optimal concrete compaction. The vibrator's lightweight design and ergonomic handles make it easy to maneuver and operate comfortably, reducing worker fatigue over extended periods.
The counterclockwise rotation is designed to help reduce the torque exerted on the operator's hands and arms, allowing longer and more comfortable operation. It provides a smoother, more consistent vibration transfer to the concrete, resulting in better compaction and reducing the risk of over-vibration, which can lead to concrete segregation, according to the manufacturer.
Whether working on foundations, columns, walls, or slabs, this vibrator ensures the highest concrete quality and versatility. With interchangeable shaft lengths ranging from 7 feet to 20 feet and five different vibration head options, the new concrete vibrator is suitable for small- and large-scale projects. It provides precision in removing air bubbles and ensuring maximum concrete strength.
Five vibration head options are available to meet specific project needs. The vibrator can be fitted with head sizes of 1-inch, 1.25-inch, 1.5-inch, 1.75-inch, and 2.25-inch diameters.
MGT's products are available at more than 250 dealers and distributors nationwide and at many top rental companies and selected online retailers.
In January 2025, MGT will be exhibiting at the ARA show, in Booth No. 4467, and World of Concrete, Booth No. C4205.
