OEM Data Delivery

OEM Data Delivery introduces a comprehensive telematics system designed for owners of heavy equipment that want to track and manage their equipment and each unit's fuel consumption. The system is a wireless, hands-free way to capture individual asset locations, along with work time, engine idle and service alerts. The core module is an ST-900 cellular service tracker, which offers standard GPS capabilities. It tracks machine hours, location and can generate custom service alerts so maintenance can be scheduled when needed, and over-servicing is avoided. A fuel tracker unit, used in conjunction with the ST-900, tracks in real time the dispensing of fuel and other consumables into individual equipment or vehicles.

Star Industries

The Scoop-N-Mix skid-steer concrete mixer from Star Industries has a universal quick-tach for easy attachment to all brands of skid-steer loaders. The drum produces 1/3-cubic-yard in each batch. Using the skid-steer tilt cylinders, the mixer can rotate into a bucket loading position to scoop up the sand and gravel. The unit then tilts back to its upright mixing position for the addition of water and cement to make concrete that is ready for placement. The skid steer can then quickly transport the concrete to the pour area where it can be discharged through the side gate or out the top by tilting the mixer forward.
