Atlas Copco
Atlas Copco's new hydraulic cut-off saws are designed to cut through concrete, asphalt, cement, brick and steel. The 14-inch blade on the LS 14 provides a cutting depth of 5.3 inches, while the 16-inch LS 16 offers a cutting depth of 6.3 inches. The saws' simple direct-drive design provides consistent speed and torque and reduces maintenance requirements, particularly when compared with belt-driven saws. Because the power source can be positioned as much as 75 feet away, the operator can work safely in confined areas without requiring additional ventilation. An open cutting face and adjustable blade guard, as well as a lightweight, well-balanced and compact design make the cut-off saws easy to operate.

Target
The CS 18 (pictured) and CS 24 feature the patent-pending IntelliSeal bladeshaft system that allows for a minimum of 500 maintenance-free hours and eliminates daily greasing of bearings. Two sealed radial ball bearing cartridges provide strength and durability. The bladeshaft system does not use set screws and allows for easy servicing of sheaves and inner blade collars. The spring assist screw feed raise and lower system significantly reduces the amount of force exerted by the operator to raise and lower the saw. The manual lock system holds the blade at a set depth of cut. A screw feed handle folds down for easy storage. Also, the engine and bladeshaft mounting system reduces overall vibration of the saw, which produces better overall cutting performance.

Hilti
The Hilti DS-KC hand-held gas saw features a long stroke motor with Smart Power, which provides a flat torque power curve that gives customers more usable power when the saw blade starts to bog down, precisely when they need it the most. This means less wear and tear on them, the saw and the blade when cutting concrete, brick and block, metal, decking or drywall track. The saw also features a sealed multi-function air-intake system with metal main filter that helps keep dirt out of the saw's motor. In addition, the saw's steel flanges, which can be reversed for a 1-inch or a 20-millimeter arbor, eliminate time spent searching for a blade with the right arbor hole or looking for bushings.
