Demolition equipment manufacturer Triple E Equipment has joined the SmartEquip network, which helps manufacturers, fleet owners, contractors and technicians connect with each other. Based in South Florida, Triple E Equipment sells its battery-powered tools and machinery all over North America. Now with several hundred units out in the field, there is a growing demand for easy access to the proper replacement parts to keep old machines running.
Currently more than 400 brands use SmartEquip to improve end-user support and reduce the cost of equipment ownership and maintenance. More than 5,000 active locations can be found on the site, along with real-time access to parts and service manuals and the latest updates. SmartEquip's ultimate goal is to decrease downtime and increase profitability.
Now that Triple E is on SmartEquip, rental companies and their customers will be able to more easily find the parts they need and keep their battery-powered machinery in working order.
