Drivers for event rental companies can do more with Point of Rental One’s new fulfillment features. Fulfillment check-in and check-out features are now built into the Routes workflow, allowing drivers to account for all contract line items they’re delivering or picking up quickly and easily. Drivers can provide exact counts or eyeballed counts, make partial deliveries/pickups, and filter by item type/division. They can even track quantities beyond a contracted amount, like an extra chair or set of linens, ensuring everything is collected at pickup.

“Event contracts are so complex, often with dozens of line items and multiple people taking action on them,” said Martin Baugh, Point of Rental’s mobile product manager. “Fulfillment gives delivery and pickup teams the item trackability and accountability they need to avoid second runs.”

Fulfillment is also available for non-driver workflows by accessing contracts within the app. It’s included in POR One Basic, so anyone using the latest version of the app (and Elite’s fulfillment module) can use it today.
