RMI Corp. releases Advantage 2009 R2, launching its Mobile User platform, as well as integration with Microsoft CRM, improvements with credit card processing, and additional role centers. This latest release includes an upgrade to Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 R2 and is a complete upgrade of RMI’s cloud environment.

Customer-centric documents can be e-mailed directly from the mobile device to the customer instantly.”

The new compatibility with Microsoft Dynamics CRM in addition to the embedded Dynamics NAV CRM gives users the opportunity to choose their CRM system. The integration includes features that manage customers, contracts, items, sales orders, sales invoices, salespeople and more.

The Rental Dispatcher Role Center is designed for the person responsible for managing the deliveries and pickups for the rental department. Its new Treemap and Timeline visualization features are designed to make it easy to spot trends and changes and react to them quickly.

The upgrade to the cloud environment delivers the latest version of business and technical applications delivered by RMI’s cloud at no additional cost to RMI customers.
