Point of Rental and Hapn have entered into a strategic partnership to deliver Hapn’s GPS and telematics functionality to rental companies and their customers. The partnership paves the way for multiple API-driven integrations, including real-time monitoring, geofencing and alerts for Point of Rental customers. Future functionality will bring these features into Elite’s consumer portal, giving rental customers insights into the locations and telematics of their items on rent.

“Partnering with Hapn marks an exciting step forward in helping our customers gain deeper visibility into their fleet and operations,” said Point of Rental CEO Wayne Harris. “We’re laying the groundwork for smarter, more connected rental businesses.”

“We’re thrilled to be teaming up with Point of Rental,” said Hapn CEO Joe Besdin. “This partnership is a game-changer; we’re going to help more companies work smarter, move faster, and unlock new levels of efficiency across their fleets.”

The partnership will enable Point of Rental to sell Hapn products to its customers. Hapn will attend Point of Rental’s International Conference Nov. 3 – 6, where it will showcase planned integrations and connect with rental leaders.
