Alert Rental Hosts 36th Annual User Group Conference in Colorado Springs

Many of Alert Rental’s clients took a few days away from daily life to gather together in Colorado Springs, Colo., for Alert Rentals’ 36th annual User Group Conference. Clients from as far away as Hawaii to the west and Virgin Islands took to the east gathered at the Antler’s Hotel for a productive and engaging user group conference.
This annual event brought Alert Rental users together to share their experiences, learn from one another, and to hear from Alert staff about updates. Many of these changes will be implemented in the upcoming months for Alert’s clients. Alert continues to improve its software based on user feedback.
“Thanks for making my first Alert conference worth the time,” said first-time attendee and user Mike Holland from Chattanooga Tent & Event Solutions. “The knowledge and networking were priceless.”
“Alert is truly a place that cares about its staff and clients and what they have to offer the rental software industry,” said Alert Rental’s Ashley Keane, attending for the first time. “I am appreciative to work for a company that is constantly improving and understanding towards its users.”
“As the rental industry continues to develop, Alert will make the necessary changes to our software to make our users’ businesses run smoother,” said co-president and CEO Kara Longmire. “We are here to continue the tradition of our user group, and we will take the suggestions from this year to apply to the future.”
Details about the time and location for the 2022 conference will be announced.
