Telematics Provider ZTR Planning New Office in Japan
ZTR, a pioneer in the development of telematics and other Industrial Internet of Things (IoT) technologies, is opening a new office in Japan as part of its 2021 global expansion plan.
A greater demand for telematics solutions that elevate business and improve customer experiences is gaining traction in the Asia Pacific market and ZTR is ready to help. In support of its rapidly growing APAC customer base, the ZTR is accelerating its plans to establish a formally recognized presence.
“Companies across the region are looking for a trusted provider to unlock the power of industrial IoT and provide better products, solutions, and safety for the industrial, construction and rail industries – and that’s what we deliver through our innovative telematics solutions,” said ZTR CEO and president, Sam Hassan. “We plan to announce the new APAC director and office location soon, however, employees will work remotely to ensure health and well-being. We’re confident that in this current environment, we can not only function at full capacity but will flourish with flexible working arrangements. Our company is based on a foundation of trust and success by working closely with our customers.”
ZTR operates in North America, Europe and the U.K. ZTR is committed to promoting growth, sustainability and digitalization for compact construction OEMs, industrial rental and rail industries all over the world.
“Innovation is in our DNA and it’s fueled by our commitment to customer satisfaction,” Hassan added. “We’re always a step ahead, anticipating industry needs, innovating bold solutions and delivering greater access to the telematics solutions customers want.”
Earlier this year, the ZTR Telematics division announced its expansion into several European countries including the U.K., and it shows no signs of slowing despite the coronavirus pandemic. Hassan said that as ZTR expands, the company maintains best practices for safety and health and continually updates and innovates its processes to protect partners and its team.
