Point of Rental Software and Customers Listed on Inc. 5000
Point of Rental Software was named to the 2020 Inc. 5000, Inc. Magazine’s list of America’s fastest-growing private companies. The honor marks the fifth time the company has been listed since 2014.
“There are so many things that contribute to an accomplishment like this,” said Point of Rental CEO Wayne Harris. “Our biggest strength is that our customers are our partners. They provide us with valuable insights and ideas to help make their businesses even more innovative and successful.
“We’ve found that by listening to those suggestions and turning them into solutions, it empowers the industry as a whole. When you realize that we have more than 5,000 partners working to make our software better, well, you’d hope we’d continue to grow successfully.”
Ranked No. 4878 on the list with a three-year revenue growth of 58 percent and headcount growth of 83 percent, Point of Rental has continued to develop innovative software solutions that drive the rental industry forward. Contactless solutions like eSign & Pay and UnlockIt, the company’s smart locker rental software, have helped rental companies make the best of things during coronavirus-related business interruptions in 2020.
Point of Rental users are represented well on the list, too; it includes Whim Hospitality (No. 4253), who earned its way onto the list for the fifth consecutive year. Marine Equipment Supply (No. 2935) made it for its first time, and Southwest Site Services (No. 1719) earned a spot for the second year in a row.
The 2020 Inc. 5000’s aggregate revenue is $209.7 billion, and the companies on the list collectively generated 582,670 jobs over the past three years.
