Haulotte recently held major training programs in Turkey and Africa. In Turkey the training was performed with Acarlar Makine & Rent Rise technicians on various electric machines. It focused on articulating boom HA12CJ+, the scissorlift Optimum 8 and vertical mast Star 10. Haulotte innovations, as well as modifications and improvements related to the machines, were on the agenda. The four-day program included theoretical and practical training.
“We shared detailed information about the machines so that technicians perfectly understand how the machine works and how to rapidly intervene in case of malfunction,” said Dusko Ormanovic, training manager of the Asia Pacific Middle East zone. “The practical sessions on the machines showed them how to use the tools efficiently. We particularly focused on the calibration.
“Technical training is crucial for Acarlar Makine,” said Emrah Güngör, after-sales service manager at Acarlar Makine. “We work diligently in regard to service process in order to maximize customer satisfaction.”
In late July, Haulotte Africa met technicians from the rental companies DMP LOC, PMI and Filtra Run. The subsidiary provided complete information regarding the features and functions of the H15 SX and the compact electric scissorlift range, as well as the HA16 RTJ PRO, HA20 RTJ PRO, and HA120 PX articulating booms. More than a walk-around, the training also included safety devices and maintenance issues. The participants learned the onboard diagnostic tool Haulotte Activ’Screen, which helps technicians manage daily machine maintenance and perform diagnosis.
“Training is also a great way to familiarize the customers with our teams,” said Ahmed Errouissi, service leader, Haulotte Africa. “It strengthened our partnerships.”
