Sinoboom has launched AB18J Plus / AB18EJ Plus, upgraded versions of its AB18J / AB18EJ models, designed to optimize working efficiency in a diverse range of complex working scenarios is optimized. Both the diesel and electric options now offer a loading capacity of 250/340kg (551/750 pounds), and large working range with a maximum platform height of 18.58m (61 feet), horizontal reach of 12m/10.7m (39.4/35.1 feet) and up-and-over clearance of 7.98m (26.2 feet), while 360° continuous rotation enables optimum flexibility without repositioning the base.

The electric AB18EJ Plus’s battery has been upgraded to a 500Ah model, enhancing running time, while an optional range extender expands the potential working time even further.

Another optional choice is a 4WDx4WS configuration, providing greater off-road performance. This is in addition to the standard features of full-time active oscillation in both stowed and lifting modes, 40-percent gradeability, and a 5° maximum working angle.

Designed on the same platform as the AB22J Plus, the dimensions of the AB18(E)J Plus are compatible with transportation by container or flatbed trucks, smoothing out logistics for fleet managers.

“The upgraded AB18J Plus and AB18EJ Plus now incorporate features that make life easier both for operators and rental owners,” said Simon Sun, chief design engineer, Sinoboom R&D Center. “The high loading capacity and expanded working envelope make work more efficient, and the greater battery capacity of the AB18EJ Plus equals even greater reliability. Our optional extras provide additional flexibility for fleet operators, depending on their customer base’s requirements, meaning they can refine and streamline their inventory.”
