Superlift Expands Hercules Heavy-Duty Electric Pallet Truck Line to 35,000-Pound Capacity
Superlift Material Handling Inc. has expanded its Hercules Heavy-Duty Electric Pallet Truck Series, offering capacities from 8,000 to 35,000 pounds for industrial applications where conventional pallet trucks do not provide the required capacity, fork geometry, durability or application-specific configuration.
Rather than simply scaling up a standard warehouse pallet truck, the Hercules line is built around demanding load-handling requirements. Superlift can configure trucks with custom fork lengths and widths, application-specific battery packages and other engineered options for oversized, unusually heavy or difficult-to-handle loads.
Available capacities include 8,000, 10,000, 12,000, 15,000, 20,000, 25,000 and 35,000 pounds. The range gives manufacturers and industrial operators an electric alternative for moving heavy tooling, machinery, steel products, dies, coils, large fabricated components and other loads that exceed the practical range of conventional pallet jacks.

"There is a significant gap between ordinary warehouse pallet trucks and much larger specialized transport equipment," said Gerry Erwin, president of Superlift Material Handling Inc. "Our Hercules trucks are intended to fill that gap. We start with the load and the application, then configure the capacity, forks, battery and controls around what the customer actually has to move."
The Hercules series combines heavy-duty industrial steel construction with electric drive, braking and operator controls designed for continuous industrial service. Depending on the application, configurations can include power-assisted steering, specialized fork dimensions, battery and charging packages, and engineered features for unique load profiles or operating environments. The trucks are suited to heavy manufacturing, steel and metal processing, automotive and aerospace production, machinery and equipment manufacturing, distribution operations, paper and packaging, data center equipment movement, and other facilities that routinely move loads above standard pallet-truck capacities.
Superlift also designs custom pallet trucks when an application cannot be solved with a standard catalog model. That capability includes non-standard fork dimensions and load interfaces as well as application specific engineering intended to improve maneuverability, safety and productivity.
The Hercules Heavy-Duty Electric Pallet Truck Series is available throughout North America through Superlift Material Handling and its distribution network. For product information or an application review, visit www.superlift.net or contact [email protected].
