Denios introduces HazMat Stations which provide safe, compliant, and reliable secondary spill containment and storage for hazardous materials. Designed for versatility, these durable OSHA/NFPA compliant products hold a standard pallet with up to four 55-gallon drums for ease of removal with a forklift. Interiors can also be customized to suit storage requirements for other containers.

Each lockable unit features an 11-gauge steel fame, a liquid-tight sump for the safe containment of spills and is fully welded for strength and durability. Designed for indoor or outdoor use, hazmat stations feature passive ventilation to alleviate the buildup of hazardous fumes, a lid with controlled drainage to direct water away from stored materials, and a robust, heavy-duty pinned hinge system for smooth operation.

Gas cylinder shocks allow easy lid lifting and convenient access to contents. Free shipping is included with each HazMat station to simplify ordering. Denios HazMat Stations are designed for the secure storage of hazardous materials used in a wide variety of industries and applications.

Each Denios HazMat station is accessible by forklifts on all four sides for efficient handling. Removable galvanized steel grating makes cleanup easy and hassle free. Durable paint coating resists corrosion and weather conditions for long lasting protection.

Denios HazMat Stations can be augmented with additional drum accessories to further enhance hazardous material handling and storage, including drum funnels for safe and efficient liquid transfer, drum heaters and jackets to keep contents at desired temperatures, drum openers, deheaders and tools, grounding and bonding cables, drum lifters, and more. SpillGuard leak detection technology and Rupture Seal leak stop products are also available.

All Denios HazMat Stations are made in the U.S. and available from Denios’ Louisville factory. For additional information visit https://bit.ly/HazMat_Station_for_4_Drums.
