Product of the Week - Terex RT 90 rough terrain crane

May 16, 2018

Terex's RT 90 has a 47-meter main boom that offers long reach and three boom modes including a unique synchronized boom mode, in addition to strength and stability modes.

The RT 90 is designed to be cost effective to transport and operate. It has a width of just 3 meters and removable counterweight, which allows it to be trailered without weight and width restrictions in most situations. Once on site, it features four steering modes, including two-wheel, four-wheel, crab and independent rear axle steering.

The RT 90 introduces the new IC-1 control system for RTs. Built on Terex's Demag technology and customized to the needs of rough terrain operators, the system is designed for precise and smooth control of swing movements and gives operators access to real-time information for quick diagnostics in the field.

The crane features a new ergonomic cab design with an 18-degree tilt and an easy to access flat deck.
