Spanish Rental Company Elevarte Expands Cooperation with Haulotte Iberica
Elevarte, a Madrid-based equipment rental company, is growing its cooperation with the Haulotte Iberica subsidiary to offer a better customer experience. The agreement covers the maintenance and modernization of machines, the systematic use of original spare parts and the training of technical teams.
“Building a solid partnership with a major manufacturer like Haulotte is a way for us to stand out from the competition,” said Tomás Javier Moreno, commercial manager at Elevarte.
In order to guarantee machines that are always operational and comply with regulations, the rental company has entrusted the maintenance and safety checks of its machines to Haulotte experts. It has also undertaken to systematically use original Haulotte spare parts.
“The agreement covers 24 nacelles for this year,” said Luis Perez Santos, service manager at Haulotte Iberica.
Elevarte has decided to add new technologies to its machines to improve their performance and safety. The Haulotte Activ'Shield Bar anti-crushing device will be installed on two vertical STAR10 masts. Other platforms will soon be equipped with Haulotte Activ'Energy Management technology to optimize battery life. Finally, the Sherpal telematics unit will be installed on certain machines in order to remotely access a multitude of high value-added data.
Haulotte Iberica and Elevarte have jointly defined a training program for the coming months.
“These tailor-made training will allow us to deepen our technical knowledge,” said Moreno.
