The Snake 26 Slithers its Way into France

The articulated truck-mounted mobile elevating work platform from the Tadano Oil & Steel Series has been delivered to a company specializing in roofing and carpentry based in Upper Normandy.

The first Snake 26 has arrived in France. The articulated truck-mounted mobile elevating work platform from the Tadano Oil & Steel Series has been delivered to Baudoin Henry Couverture, a company specializing in roofing and carpentry based in Upper Normandy, with the support of authorized service point JHN Jourdain.

With a maximum working height of 25.6 meters and a maximum outreach of 12.2 meters, the Snake 26 enables precise and safe operations in demanding environments. A maximum capacity of 250 kg, electro-hydraulic controls and a 400° turret rotation deliver operational flexibility, adapting effortlessly to the widest range of job site conditions. Its compact travelling profile makes it equally effective in urban settings and open environments alike.

For Baudoin Henry Couverture, the Snake 26 is a reliable working tool capable of meeting the daily needs of its operators, tackling work at height on roofing, complex structures or hard-to-reach facades.

Tadano offers 80 authorized service points in France for its Oil & Steel Series, spread across the entire country, all trained and continuously supported by a dedicated technical reference at Tadano’s French branch. A structured program that ensures consistent technical expertise, fast response times and a qualified point of contact always close to the customer, the company said.

Having a trusted service point means being able to rely on an expert team capable of guiding the customer through the commissioning of the platform: a key moment to explore the machine's features in detail, receive all the necessary training and start operating with full confidence and safety. Beyond commissioning, the network ensures prompt intervention and operational continuity over time, with skilled professionals always within reach, said JHN Jourdain officials.

”A successful delivery is the best starting point,” said a JHN Jourdain official. “But our work does not end here: we are here for Baudoin Henry Couverture, as we are for all our customers, at every moment.”
