Haulotte unveils the HS21 E and HS21 E PRO, the new 100-percent electric rough terrain scissor lifts in the Pulseo range. In response to decarbonization challenges and the evolution of high-rise construction sites, Haulotte expands its Pulseo range with the HS21 E and HS21 E Pro, two 100-percent electric rough terrain scissor lifts reaching up to 21 meters.

With a working height of 21 meters, equivalent to six floors, a load capacity of 750 kg (four average-size people), and drivable at full height with no load restrictions, the HS21 E unlocks new possibilities on jobsites. Its wide platform, extendable to 7.50 meters, offers optimal working space, suited to demanding applications.

Equipped with a 100-percent electric motor, the HS21 E is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, delivering silent operation with zero harmful emissions. Its maintenance-free lithium-ion batteries ensure fast charging and a lifespan of up to 10 years. For maximum autonomy on isolated jobsites, it is compatible with the Range Extender, a removable generator interchangeable across all Pulseo machines.

Uncompromising rough terrain capabilities
With four-wheel drive and axle-based transmission, the HS21 E delivers excellent traction on rough terrain. It can climb slopes up to 38% and maintains its performance even in the most demanding environments thanks to its differential lock system.

Intuitive and connected user experience
This new model features a new upper control box with a screen, an ergonomic interface developed to guide the operator and simplify operation at height. The real-time display, proportional controls, and intuitive navigation provide greater comfort and ease of use.

Operators and fleet managers also benefit from a suite of advanced digital tools: Haulotte Activ’Screen, Haulotte Diag, and Sherpal.

Integrated into the machine, Haulotte Activ’Screen provides instant access to essential data such as alerts, maintenance logs, and most importantly advanced diagnostics that enable users to independently identify faults. This reduces downtime and simplifies troubleshooting.

Meanwhile, Sherpal, Haulotte’s telematics solution, provides real-time remote monitoring of machine status, usage, and maintenance needs optimizing fleet management and availability.

Features designed for easier transport and maneuverability:
Automatic wheel alignment: On wide platforms, the wheel orientation is not always visible to the operator. The automatic rear wheel alignment system and the four steering wheels facilitate maneuvering on the jobsite and when loading the machine, ensuring safer and more precise driving.

A platform designed for quick and easy transport

With a guardrail that can be folded down in just two minutes (8 pins to remove), preparation time before transport is reduced, optimizing start-up on site.

Haulotte activ'lighting system

This innovative lighting system has been designed to make loading and unloading safer by ensuring that the lights are positioned to prevent blinding the operator.

The HS21 E features maintenance-free asynchronous motors, direct access to components, and high-quality components tested under extreme conditions.

Material Handling Rack option: increased versatility
Designed for installing pipe or panels, the Material Handling Rack option quickly becomes indispensable for increasing safety and productivity. It can carry 400 kg of material with 3 operators, for increased productivity.

Delivery/availability from November 2025
The HS21 E / E PRO will be previewed at two major industry events before the first machines are delivered in mid-October:
•    Vertikal Days (United Kingdom) – September 10-11.
•    GIS Expo (Italy) – September 25-27.
