FMI Sells H.F.P. Corp. to Integrated Products and Services

FMI Corp. last week announced the sale of H.F.P. Corp. to Integrated Products and Services, an affiliate of UTC Fire & Security. FMI represented H.F.P. Corp. in the transaction.

FMI Corp. last week announced the sale of H.F.P. Corp. to Integrated Products and Services, an affiliate of UTC Fire & Security. FMI represented H.F.P. Corp. in the transaction.

Randal Stutzman, director of FMI’s Investment Banking group, served as the FMI lead for the deal.

“H.F.P. has a strong focus on service and good customer mix and will complement Integrated Products and Services existing portfolio,” said Stutzman.

Based in Westfield, Mass., H.F.P. is a fire protection company specializing in the design, fabrication, installation and service of fire sprinkler systems.

FMI provides investment banking and management consulting for the global building and construction industry. FMI’s Investment Banking group provides mergers and acquisitions services, private capital placements and financial advisory services to companies in the building and construction industry.
