JLG Industries, an Oshkosh Corp. company, last week announced the final three stops in its demonstration tour featuring its LiftPod personal and portable lift. The tour gives East Coast facility managers an opportunity to see the LiftPod portable aerial work platform up close and in action, and they can also enter a LiftPod giveaway contest.

“The LiftPod tour is an exciting opportunity for JLG to bring this one-of-a-kind product directly to its users,” said Randy Marzicola, JLG Industries’ director channel development. “Seeing the LiftPod in action really magnifies its capabilities. Not only is it affordable and safer than ladders, the LiftPod can actually help workers get their jobs completed faster. People who see a demonstration will really be able to grasp that.”

JLG representatives will take the three LiftPod vans to various locations to answer questions about the product’s many features and provide hands-on demonstrations. Tour stops in August include Maryland and Pennsylvania. The final tour stop will be in Virginia in September. The LiftPod tour visited Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York and Rhode Island in July.
