The user can select from multiple output formats such as Excel, PDF or text file. The data compiled by Reporter is real-time, providing up-to-the minute information. In addition, it can store previously run inquiries for comparisons or archival purposes. Reporter also allows the user to sort data and move columns to suit their business needs without affecting the original template. Users can also map out reports into a graph or pie chart for a quick overview presentation.
