The AssetView Tracking System is an advanced solution for wireless monitoring and remote tracking of any powered or unpowered asset to improve logistics, manage inventory and curb theft. The small, portable GPS unit is completely self-contained and may be hidden on any asset, installing in seconds. AssetView allows managers to remotely monitor any asset accurately from an Internet-based software package and mobile app. It combines multiple technologies to maximize battery life while operating and remaining active in extremely low power modes. Powered by 3 x AA 1.5V batteries, rather than requiring constant charging or a proprietary power source, it remotely alerts customers if the batteries get low.
The ClearSky fleet management telematics solution tracks data points including location, engine hours, usage, fuel and battery levels, and maintenance schedules in real-time, accessible from desktop or mobile devices. The dashboard, settings, and a library of widgets can be edited and prioritized according to customer preferences. The system also monitors fault codes and other critical alerts, which can be sent via text and email. Additionally, ClearSky data can be integrated with customers’ enterprise resource planning (ERP) software for seamless fleet management. Data is transmitted securely from anywhere in the world using cellular technology or satellite communications.
Generator Insight for Deep Sea is a new telematics solution that provides accurate data on the current performance of power generators with a Deep Sea panel installed. It enables companies that operate and own generators to monitor key condition points to increase reliability and prevent outages. The Deep Sea Control panel is a range of single-set and multi-set generator control solutions, mains (utility) protection relays, lighting tower control solutions, digital automatic voltage regulators (AVRs), remote communications devices and expansion modules.
The Connected Keypad is designed to provide fleet owners and equipment managers the control they’ve lost with universal keys. As part of the MachineLink Advanced Telematics platform, the Keypad offers an elevated level of security and is cloud-connected. It is compatible with any machine from any manufacturer. Total access control is managed via codes assigned in EquipmentShare’s Fleet Management Portal. Real-time status updates are provided for every asset with the Connected Keypad tied into the ignition system. A cell network is not required for the keypad to function, meaning no dead zones.
InTempo has collaborated with Rental BI on a powerful app. Dashboards track equipment status, utilization overall and by category, A/R aging, and other data. Keep a pulse on revenue, and get the breakdown by rental, re-rental, sales, parts, merchandise, and fees. Oversee equipment rates and availability tracking an activity feed to see upcoming reservations, contracts, and pickups. The activity feed enables operators to monitor incoming and outgoing equipment in a single view. Call customers or get directions with one click. Reduce disputes with customers with equipment condition reporting. Connect with your telematics provider to view a map displaying equipment and get directions to locations where service is needed.
Rovitracker’s telematic device combines cellular and Bluetooth connectivity with a powerful software platform. The industrial tags stick onto small assets and when they are nearby the telematics device (gateway), it records the location with a time stamp. Gateways are displayed on the map with the associated tags. A company can strategically place the gateways at the shop, in delivery vehicles and at job sites. By using this system the company can track their large heavy equipment and small assets nearby. That’s hundreds of smaller tools that are accounted for without the costly airtime fee.
Customers can manage and monitor machines remotely through Skyjack’s ELEVATE Manager. This means they can spot and flag service requirements in advance, battery pack management, and verify the machine’s location. ELEVATE ON provides a conduit where operators and end users can log their daily pre-checks, log machine usage, and eventually provide access to familiarization material online. ELEVATE GO delivers insights to service technicians and other personnel on the ground, enabling them to remotely diagnose machine data and provide guidance for basic troubleshooting before heading out to jobsites.
TrackUnit On facilitates a unique operator-to-machine check-in, and provides easy access to digitized inspection checklists and familiarization material. A damage reporting feature enables the operator to quickly log machine damage, streamlining the service and repair process. TrackUnit On will function when there is no cellular or wi-fi network connectivity, locally storing the work completed by the operator for a cloud sync when connectivity is available. TrackUnit Go provides both the fleet overview and advanced machine diagnostics to the service technician. It offers also quick and user-friendly overview of machine activity, service plans, and active alarms (for theft protection).
Trimble FieldMaster Logs help fleets to comply with Hours of Service(HOS) regulations and document pre-and-post-trip vehicle inspection reports (DVIR) using electronic logging. From an in-cab display, drivers can easily enter and submit daily hours of service. Real-time alerts warn when a driver is in danger of violating laws. FieldMaster Navigation, an additional module for in-cab, truck specific routing and navigation allows dispatchers and drivers to take into effect the size, weight, and cargo of their vehicles vs. street restrictions, bridge clearances, and turn radiuses, thus calculating the most reliable route. Tap and Go Login capability allows drivers to log in to the in-cab table with just a tap of a keychain, sticker, or ID card.
