Mowing equipment manufacturer Yazoo/Kees Power Equipment has acquired HCC's Dig-It tractor and towable backhoe, Huskie utility vehicle, and Power King garden and estate tractor.
The three product lines will be moved from HCC's Mendota, Ill., plant to Yazoo/Kees' manufacturing facilities in Jackson, Miss.
Meanwhile, HCC officials say the company has plans to focus on its core business of designing and manufacturing OEM components for agricultural equipment.
