PITTSBURGH — Maxim Crane Works last month appointmened Albert Bove as the company's new chief executive officer and Arthur Innamorato Jr. as president, effective immediately.

Bove was previously executive vice president of operations and Innamorato was executive vice president of business development. They are succeeding former President and CEO Jeffrey Fenton, who left the company to pursue other interests.

Bove has more than 25 years of experience in the crane industry and has had experience in all areas of Maxim Crane's operations.

Innamorato will be responsible for corporate administration and will continue to focus on improving Maxim's management systems and processes. He has been a key driver of Maxim Crane's long-term business strategy and has played a leadership role in the company's initiatives to manage working capital and costs.

Pittsburgh-based Maxim is No. 7 on the RER 100.
