E*machinery.net Inc. signed a purchase agreement with Western Power & Equipment Corp. to acquire the business as well as certain assets and liabilities of Western Power & Equipment, its wholly owned subsidiary. Closing is subject to due diligence, certain approvals and payment. Western Power & Equipment is engaged in the sale, rental and servicing of light, medium-sized and heavy agricultural, industrial and construction equipment, parts and related products manufactured by Case Corp. and other manufacturers such as Terex Corp., Kawasaki, Daewoo International Corp., Kubota Corp. and Link Belt.
