General Pipe Cleaners has increased the power and longevity of the Cordless Super-Vee power drain cleaner. The stronger 12-volt variable speed motor has lots of kick to easily unclog sink, shower, toilet, and laundry drain lines ranging up to 3 inches in diameter. Lasting twice as long as other models, the powerful battery gives the operator the time needed to get the job done, according to the company.

A slide-action chuck built into the front hand grip engages and releases the cable with a quick push or pull, even while the cable is rotating. The chuck automatically adjusts to take any diameter cable from ¼ inch to 3/8 inch. A quick-change cable cartridge system allows the operator to switch or clean cables without creating a mess.

The Cordless Super-Vee carries up to 50 feet of ¼-inch and 5/16-inch, and 35 feet of 3/8-inch Flexicore cable. Flexicore wire rope center cables are coiled left hand over a core of aircraft-type wire rope then heat-treated. The wire rope center gives the cables strength without sacrificing flexibility. It carries a one-year warranty against breakage. The Cordless Super-Vee comes with two batteries, a battery charger, and a wide variety of cables, cutters and accessories.

“Contractors prefer cordless tools for the convenience and portability,” says Marty Silverman, vice president of marketing for General Pipe Cleaners. “The stronger 12-volt motor on the cordless Super-Vee has the power and endurance to get the job done right.”
