Brazil’s Rental Giant Mills Grows Net Rental Revenue 41 Percent in 2013

Mills Estruturas e Serviços de Engenharia, Brazil’s largest equipment rental company posted record net revenue, EBITDA and net earnings in 2013, with particularly strong growth in the civil construction and industrial sectors.

Mills Estruturas e Serviços de Engenharia, Brazil’s largest equipment rental company posted record net revenue, EBITDA and net earnings in 2013, with particularly strong growth in the civil construction and industrial sectors. Net revenue was R$ 823 million (about U.S. $354 million), a 25.1-percent increase compared with 2012. Mills posted record revenue in all its business units – heavy construction, real estate and rental.

Mills opened 12 new branches in 2013, nine in its rental division, which increased its net revenue by 41 percent to R$357.3 million (about U.S. $153.8 million). Mills now has 26 branches, and the branches opened since 2010 contributed 69 percent of the company’s rental business unit revenue in 2013.
