U.K.’s Eve Trakway Acquires Vincehire

Eve Trakway, an English company that specializes in providing temporary access and crowd control equipment last week acquired Vincehire, a competitor. Based in Chesterfield, Derbyshire, U.K., Eve Trakway supplies temporary roadways, walkways, barriers, bridges and fences for the construction, rail, utilities and entertainment industries. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Eve Trakway said the acquisition strengthens its rental offering and increases its service capability in the south of the U.K. Eve Trakway’s managing director Rick Barnett said Eve Trakway had been following Vincehire’s “growing success” and was glad for the opportunity to acquire its competitor, based in Crondall, Surrey.
