New Zealand equipment rental company Hirepool acquired the assets of Cube Innovations, owner of about 70 portable buildings. Chief executive Mark Powell said the acquisition goes well with Hirepool’s portfolio of products.

New Zealand equipment rental company Hirepool acquired the assets of Cube Innovations, owner of about 70 portable buildings. Chief executive Mark Powell said the acquisition goes well with Hirepool’s portfolio of products.

The company also recently acquired McEntee Hire Waikato Portable Sanitation. Hirepool also owns New Zealand’s leading portable sanitation business, Port-a-Loo, as well as vehicle rental companies.

Hirepool, established in 1955, now has more than 50 general rental and specialty rental businesses.
