Wacker Neuson has launched a Certified Dealer Award program for full-line, contracted dealers. The award recognizes Wacker Neuson dealers that show exceptional after-market service and support. A to Z Equipment, Phoenix, Ariz., is the first dealer to achieve Wacker Neuson’s Certified Dealer status and receive the award.

To qualify, dealers must reach a minimal threshold on a point evaluation system based on a variety of aftermarket services including spare parts availability, organization structure, machine record management and continuous training. All Wacker Neuson contracted dealers will be introduced to the new program and will be awarded certification levels to provide the best overall support and experience for end users. Dealers achieving the award receive a plaque and other supporting programs. Wacker Neuson will work closely with a dedicated aftermarket dealer development team to create a strategy to help grow and prepare to support the emerging technology on the market.

“Being able to support and service innovative products while minimizing downtime is essential,” said Jason Oglesby, technical services manager for Wacker Neuson. “The program is designed to arm our dealers with the resources they need to best support their Wacker Neuson fleet. In turn, the dealer’s customers can be assured their equipment is backed by a strong distribution network and a manufacturer who stands behind every product.”

Wacker Neuson representatives visited A to Z Equipment recently to present the Certified Dealer Award. They also presented Ray Kinser with the Regional Technician of the Year Award.

“The Wacker Neuson dealer network is a premier network and this program gives dealers a high service standard to strive for,” said Doug Dickerson, sales manager for A to Z. “The program gives dealers the opportunity to reinforce their commitment to the Wacker Neuson brand and to their customers.”

Wacker Neuson is based in Germany, with United States headquarters in Menomonee Falls, Wis.
