United Rentals last week announced that it will hold its 2008 annual meeting of stockholders on Wednesday, June 11, at 2 p.m. EDT. Stockholders who are holders of record as of Thursday, April 24, will be entitled to vote at the meeting. The meeting location is the Stamford Marriott Hotel in Stamford, Conn.
Greenwich, Conn.-based United Rentals is No. 1 on the RER 100.
