Takeuchi-US has promoted Keith Kramlich to the position of national service and warranty manager. His previous position was regional service manager.

As national service and warranty manager, Kramlich’s main responsibilities will include managing the Takeuchi regional service managers to ensure they are providing service support in their respective regions, and reviewing all warranty claims and providing final approval. Also, he will monitor failure trends to help expedite solutions, and calculate and review warranty costs, developing plans to reduce costs.

“I hope to be a key asset and value-added player to Takeuchi for many years to come,” said Kramlich. “This promotion has been by far one of the most rewarding moments in my career. Over the last two years, I have learned a lot and been given every opportunity to succeed.”

Hired in 2016, Kramlich has a degree in Specialized Diesel Technology and Applied Service Management. Before joining Takeuchi, he worked with a contractor as a process engineer building commercial airliner wiring harnesses for Boeing. He also served as an avionics technician in the Navy.

“[Kramlich] is an intelligent, hard-working young man and we have great expectations for him,” said Jeff Stewart, vice president and general manager at Takeuchi. “We have no doubt he will do a tremendous job in this critical role for our company for years to come.”
