Sunbelt Rentals is investing $8 million to expand its headquarters in Fort Mill, S.C., according to local press reports.

Sunbelt Rentals is investing $8 million to expand its headquarters in Fort Mill, S.C., according to local press reports. The company employs more than 200 people at its headquarters. South Carolina governor Nikki Haley called Sunbelt’s investment in the area a “huge win” for South Carolina.

Sunbelt CEO Brendan Horgan said in a statement that the company is “thrilled” to continue to invest in York County and the state of South Carolina. “We very much appreciate all the support we have received,” Horgan said.

Sunbelt Rentals, No. 2 on the RER 100, has about 550 locations in North America.
