Pine Bush Equipment to Build Branch in Liberty, N.Y.

Pine Bush Equipment, based in Pine Bush, N.Y., with branches in Holmes, N.Y., and Newington, Conn., has agreed to purchase two buildings and 11 acres in Liberty, N.Y., according to online reports. Liberty is developing a 100-acre light industrial park about a half mile from where Pine Bush Equipment plans to open its new branch.

Liberty is developing a 100-acre light industrial park about a half mile from where Pine Bush Equipment plans to open its new branch.

Pine Bush, a family-owned company in business since 1956, sells and rents construction equipment, especially earth-moving machinery. Pine Bush Equipment was founded by Dorothy and Edward Boniface in 1956 and is still owned and operated by the Boniface family.

Pine Bush plans to open a rental center in a 7,000-square-foot building, primarily focusing on rental as well as sales of new equipment and parts. The company will use a 5,000-square-foot building for warehousing.
