Luby Equipment Services was named a Diamond Dealer by Case Construction as part of its 2014 Partnership Program. As a Case dealer since 1992, Luby has been recognized as a high-performing dealer through achievements such as hiring the right people, delivering a differentiated level of service and building enduring relationships with customers, Case said.
Only 13 of the more than 75 Case dealers nationwide have been awarded Diamond Dealer status.
Luby has reached significant Case market share increases in several categories and has improved its product support services by providing 24-hour parts deliveries, onsite technician availability, the necessary amount of service vehicles, and continued extensive training for parts, service and management personnel.
