JLG Industries has launched JLG DirectAccess, a new digital property designed to provide equipment owners and operators with a wide-range of information to help them better understand their access equipment, the industry, its regulations and future technologies.
Visitors to the site will have access to a variety of content, including blog posts authored by JLG subject matter experts, downloadable white papers, infographics, customer case studies and testimonials, technical articles, technical tips and videos. The site’s content was developed based on customer inquiries, and future content will be developed based on user feedback.
“We’re excited to share our expertise as the access industry leader not only with those who own and operate JLG equipment, but also with those who have mixed fleets,” said Jennifer Stiansen, director of marketing, Americas, at JLG. “Making this content readily available gives users direct access to information from subject matter specialists around the clock and across the globe on the device of their choice.”
DirectAccess encourages site visitors to download materials, share content through their social media channels and request additional information. Interested visitors may opt in to receive email notifications when new content is added.
“Our vision is that DirectAccess will become the go-to industry resource for access information, while serving as a collaborative tool among equipment users and JLG employees for the sharing of innovative ideas that drive improvements in safety, training, product development, parts, service and product support,” Stiansen said.
