Sept. 27, 2013

Hertz Global Holdings chief financial officer Elyse Douglas is stepping down effective Oct. 1, the company announced. Hertz announced in May that the company will relocate its headquarters to Estero, Fla. Douglas said she would not be able to relocate from the New York metropolitan area for personal reasons.

The Hertz executive team will be the first group of Hertz staff to relocate to a temporary site in Naples, Fla., while the company’s new headquarters is being constructed.

David Rosenberg, currently chief financial officer of Hertz International, will serve as interim CFO while internal and external candidates are considered.
