Genie has launched a new education-focused website called Genie Aerial Pros, designed to connect customers, operators and key stakeholders with industry experts and to educate the aerial industry on subjects such as upcoming changes to ANSI and CSA standards, safety and training, service, product introductions and new applications.

The website – http://aerialpros.genielift.com – also offers customers’ insights on sales and marketing best practices, company news and upcoming industry and company events. Also featured are tips and trends articles, product bulletins and videos, industry alerts, customer success stories, testimonials and more.

“Our goal with Genie Aerial Pros is to provide customers, operators and key stakeholders in the aerial market with a platform that shares the vast amount of knowledge Genie has gained in five decades serving the industry,” said Karen Stash, senior director, global product management and marketing, Terex AWP. “This website is another way our customers gain value from our brand – providing them with the information, the tools and the content they need to successfully manage their aerial fleets.”

Customers can access Genie Aerial Pros through the dedicated website, through www.genielift.com, or through the companies social media pages. The site is designed for customers and key stakeholders to participate on the site and interact with company and industry experts by commenting on posts, asking questions, requesting more information and sharing their experiences.

“Staying in business for 50 years is much more than just building good products, it’s also about taking care of our customers,” added Stash. “Over the last five decades, the Genie brand has contributed to, and helped define, the aerial industry. Our history, our legacy, is about ‘Building the Future’, and we never stop moving forward.”
