Finning, the world’s largest Caterpillar dealer, based in Vancouver, B.C., Canada has acquired power solutions business Rollo U.K. Ltd from its Dutch owner Pon Holdings. Rollo U.K. operates primarily in the marine and power generation sectors and has 34 employees transferring to Finning.
The business will now be known as Rollo Power Solutions, a trading division of Finning (UK) Ltd., and will be managed as part of Finning’s Power Systems business.
As part of the deal, Finning acquired new branch locations in Grimsby, Bristol and Chatham, which will join its national network of 24 branches in the U.K. and Ireland.
