Durante Rentals branch manager Joe DelliCarpini is one of 40 recipients of Westchester County’s Rising Stars 40 Under 40, presented annually to 40 men and women under the age of 40 who have achieved excellence in their fields. The award, given out by the Business Council of Westchester, was presented in Rye Brook, N.Y. The BCW is the county’s most influential business membership organization and each year the award is presented to professionals who the BCW recognizes as driving forces within their industries.
DelliCarpini, an accomplished amateur golfer, rose from the ranks to become one of Durante Rentals’ largest revenue generators in 24 months. The quick growth to manager of Durante Rentals’ Elmhurst, N.Y., branch is an indication of DelliCarpini’s desire to succeed. DelliCarpini has won monthly and yearly revenue records, as well as multiple Employee of the Month and Team Leader of the Month awards.
“The business council opens up so many doors for so many people and I am excited to see what the future holds,” DelliCarpini said. DelliCarpini added that his wife Jenna and daughter Aria provide constant motivation and support.
The BCW’s Rising Stars Award creates multiple opportunities for Westchester business men and women to network with other professionals. In fact, the organization played a major role in the formation of Durante Rentals in 2009, as co-owners John Durante and Chris Jones met in 2006 when they both received 40 Under 40 awards. In 2009 the two joined with the third Durante Rentals owner Anthony Durante, who also had received a 40 Under 40 award.
