BigRentz has named Robert Gray vice president of BigRentz PRO, a new division developed to provide equipment rentals to BigRentz’s network of more than 1,300 equipment suppliers. The PRO division enables rental companies to fulfill orders when equipment is out of stock, the jobsite location is geographically undesirable or the right equipment is not in their fleet.
“The process is quick and seamless and runs in the background,” said Gray. “Rather than a rental company spending a few hours trying to source the equipment, or telling their prospective customer they cannot fulfill the order, the rental company can utilize the BigRentz network to complete every rental as if it were their own. With just one call, the BigRentz PRO team handles all of the legwork, reducing time and increasing productivity.”
Gray initially joined Big Rentz in January 2014 as vice president of business development, to build and manage the company’s relationship with equipment suppliers across the United States. In his new role, Gray will head the development of the PRO division by leading a team of rental specialists and coordinators, the company said.
