Wichita, Kan.-based Berry Companies will take on new operations in Colorado, the equipment dealer/rental company said.
The Bobcat operations of Colorado Machinery, which serve Colorado Springs, Pueblo, Fort Collins, Colo., and Cheyenne, Wyo., are being absorbed by Bobcat of the Rockies, already managed by Berry Cos. Bobcat of the Rockies has locations in Commerce City, Golden, Parker, Greeley and Grand Junction, Colo.
“This announcement complements Berry Companies’ long-term growth plans and continues to broaden the company’s distribution network by absorbing the important markets along the Front Range of Colorado and Wyoming,” said Berry president Walter Berry. “This further allows us to pool our multi-state distribution network in a manner to serve our customers in the best way possible.”
Berry companies also owns and operates four other Bobcat dealerships with 14 locations: White Star Machinery, based in Wichita; Bobcat of Dallas, based in Irving, Texas; KC Bobcat, based in Blue Springs, Mo.; and Bobcat of Houston, based in Jersey Village, Texas.
Berry Companies also has extensive rental operations and is No. 87 on the RER 100.
