Hageman, Stansberry & Associates announced last week that TriServe Party Rentals has been acquired by Classic Party Rentals. Hageman, Stansberry & Associates represented TriServe in the transaction.
“After spending virtually my entire career in the special event rental business, the sale of TriServe Party Rentals to Classic is one of the most exciting things that has occurred,” said Lance York, TriServe president and majority shareholder. “Our customers and employees will now have access to a much larger product offering with unmatched service from the industry leader. I look forward to continuing my career with Classic.”
John Dawson, one of York’s partners will also continue in a management role with Classic and Raymond Duffy, another partner in the business, will retire.
TriServe was ranked 16 on the “Top 30 Special Event Rental Companies” according to Special Events Magazine, with locations in Bronx, N.Y., and Manhattan.
