The SV340 skid steer is rated at 3,400 pounds operating capacity and features a bucket breakout force of 9,531 pounds the machine also offers optional high-flow (38.7 gpm at 3,450 psi) and enhanced high-flow (35 gpm at 4,000 psi) auxiliary hydraulics for more power and attachment versatility. Additional enhancements have also been made to manifold valves, the gear pump and the auxiliary loader circuit. New heavy-duty 14 x 17.5 tires and additional counterweights are designed to accomodate attachments such as cold planers, tree spades and stump grinders. The skid steer is compatible with more than 250 attachments, including the new Case sectional snow pushers, buckets, forks, brooms, rakes and more.
The Complete Vacuum Assisted Bypass Pump is designed for sewer bypass operations, open sumping of flood areas, basins, ponds, excavations, and wellpoint dewatering. It features a high capacity vacuum pump, solids handling to 3 inches, high suction lift capabilities, a 24-hour operating time fuel cell, a run-dry seal, and optional auto start/stop control panel. CDPW’s “Whisper Pack” partial and full enclosures offer advanced engineering updates such as easily serviceable access doors that allow servicing pump components without disconnecting the suction piping, weather resistant hardware, and insulation.
Eagle Claw Fabrication
The Claw accessory attachment is configured for telehandlers and lift equipment, which allows the movement and manipulation of pipe and sub-assemblies. The Claw does not require the location of personnel in the vicinity of the lifted items for control of the rigging. The work area may be cleared of all personnel. The Claw interfaces with host equipment using a “Quick Attachment” feature as equipped on the host machine. Hydraulic power to actuate The Claw is provided by quick-coupling the hydraulic attachments to the host equipment, and operating the accessory by the auxiliary circuit controls located in the cab.
Eye Trax adds two new camera systems to its product line-up: the Mega and the Predator series. Eye Trax Mega series cameras are designed for security applications that require exceptionally high-resolution images, up to 12 megabytes (4,000 x 3,000 pixels), of recorded events. Eye Trax Mega and Predator camera systems use available wireless and cellular networks to transmit information, eliminating the need for the infrastructure of a computer, phone line, internet connection, router and power. The Mega units offer pan tilt zoom capabilities. The Predator camera system can monitor human and vehicle activity up to 250 feet away with an optional battery-operated, wireless motion sensor, while the night vision capability provides 125 feet of invisible infrared light.
The Genie SX-135XC self-propelled telescopic boom lift is the first model in the new Genie Xtra Capacity (XC) family. It features 90 feet of outreach, 660 pounds of unrestricted lift capacity, the ability to work 19 feet 8 inches below grade and a 12-foot 11-inch x 13-foot 6-inch compact footprint. Built to safely and quickly lift operators to full platform height — 135 feet — in 2-1/2 minutes and drive enabled at full height, the Genie SX-135XC boom lift features a Deutz TD2.9 L4 74-hp (55 kW) Tier 4/Stage 3B emissions-compliant diesel engine with four-wheel drive and four-wheel steer capabilities.
Honda Power Equipment
The new Honda EB2800i industrial model and EG2800i open-frame inverter model generators are light enough for one person to load and unload from a truck, operate, and carry around the jobsite, all while providing ample power for a variety of tools including small compressors, air circulation fans, large concrete drills, multiple hand tools, electric concrete vibrators, circular saws and battery chargers up to 2,800 watts. The Honda EB2800i complies with current OSHA and LA-ETL regulations while ensuring safe operation with GFCI protected receptacles.
The John Deere 470G LC Excavator features 367 horsepower, an EPA Final Tier 4 13.5L diesel engine, a spacious cab, and an enhanced LCD monitor with simplified navigation. In addition, optional 2D/3D grade guidance sensor-mounting brackets enable customers to install their preferred aftermarket grade-control system. The production-class model offers simplified maintenance options, with such features as a battery disconnect switch, spin-on fuel filters and two additional water separators to maintain long fuel filter life. The 470G LC’s DPF can go up to 15,000 hours before ash removal, and engine and hydraulic oil sample ports allow for quick maintenance checks.
The WA270-8 wheel loader comes equipped with an EPA Tier 4 Final certified engine. Its parallel-lift linkage, with auto tilt-in to simulate a Z-bar, can be used in virtually any application from pallet handling to hard digging. Fuel consumption is lower by up to three percent in V-cycle loading and two percent in load-and-carry applications. A powerful 6.69 liter, 149 HP, EPA Tier 4 Final certified, SAA6D107E-3 engine uses up to three percent less fuel than its Tier 4 Interim predecessor. The new SCR system reduces NOx emissions and is designed to last the life of the engine.
The APEX 30M mechanized controller for orbital welding from Lincoln Electric offers digital control and wire feeding packaged as a single unit. The APEX 30M can be located up to 100 feet from the welding power source while still giving the operator full system access through the pendant. The APEX 30M controls and monitors processes for consistency and logs data for reporting and archiving needs in a variety of applications – structural, maritime, power generation, process piping and construction.
The Tiger Shark (Model SMT-354037E) from Shark Pressure Washers uses a Honda GX390 engine featuring electric start with a manual recoil backup. The machine’s performance of 3.5 gallons per minute at 4,000 PSI allows the user to easily remove heavy soiling, such as grease and oil. The compact trailer features highway safety rated 13-inch pneumatic tires that can be used off road along with a swing away height adjustable hitch for various vehicle heights as well as multiple hitch configurations. The parking brake prevents the trailer from rolling during use or storage. In addition, the machine comes standard with an 8 gallon diesel fuel tank, allowing for longer run-times.
The TB2150 hydraulic excavator weighs 34,480 pounds and offers a maximum digging depth of 18 feet 0 inches, a maximum dump height of 20 feet 4.9 inches, maximum reach of 28 feet 8.9 inches and maximum bucket breakout force of 22,190 pounds. Powered by a Deutz TCD 3.6-liter turbocharged diesel engine that is U.S. EPA Final Tier 4 emission compliant, the TB2150 produces 114 horsepower, a 10 percent increase over the previous version. It also delivers 339 foot-pounds of torque, a 19 percent increase. The engine utilizes a DOC+SCR diesel exhaust after-treatment system that requires the use of diesel exhaust fluid.
Available on new Volvo wheel loaders ranging from L110H to L250H, Volvo Load Assist provides both real-time intelligence to the operator and documentation of work orders for the owner and their customers. Managed through the Volvo Co-Pilot in-cab interface, Load Assist is designed to eliminate the guesswork associated with loading accurate tonnage, reducing occurrences of reweighing and reloading, as well as providing opportunity for the owner to expedite paperwork and improve operator training. Through the 10-inch, high-resolution touchscreen Co-Pilot interface, the operator is able to set up projects in just a few touches by selecting customer name, work order number, target tonnage and material type. These settings can be stored for future work orders, and the number of customer presets is virtually limitless.
Wacker Neuson offers a variety of surface heaters to keep projects on schedule and within budget with hydronic technology. Hydronic surface heaters are designed to quickly and economically thaw frozen ground, cure concrete, prevent frost and provide temporary heat during cold weather conditions. Six hydronic surface heaters are available with thawing and curing capabilities ranging from 2,200 sq. ft. to 10,000 sq. ft. The most popular model is the E3000, which thaws or cures up to 6,000 sq. ft. and with accessories can manage up to 18,000 sq. ft. or provide 535,000 cu. ft. of dry heat at 83% efficiency.
Offered in both full- and half-beam designs, Yardmax gas log splitters are available in 25-, 28-, 30- and 35-ton splitting force options.
