The facility includes 17 service bays and a training center for technicians and operators, along with an expanded parts storage and customer service area. There is also an outdoor demonstration space where equipment buyers can try out a new crane before purchasing it and an indoor showroom.

Additional lifting equipment carried are Elliott HiReach telescoping aerial work platforms and Dur-A-Lift Inc. telescoping and articulating aerial personnel and material handling lifts.
